BPI Real Estate is a property developer operating in Belgium, Poland, and Luxembourg. Founded over thirty years ago, we possess rich experience and extensive knowhow of residential, office, and commercial real estate development and construction.

BPI Real Estate belongs to the Belgium capital group CFE, which was established in 1880 and stands on three separate operative pillars. The first pillar, managed by the subsidiary DEME, is concerned with deepening water reservoirs, environmental engineering, as well as hydraulic and infrastructure projects. The second pillar is general contracting for construction works, technical works, and railway infrastructure under the CFE brand in Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, and Tunisia. The third pillar, managed by BPI Real Estate, comprises the development of investments on the real estate market.

 

BPI Real Estate has operated on the Polish market since 2009. The company's portfolio consists of a total of 13 residential projects. These include 10 completed investments: Czysta4 and Bulwary Książęce in Wrocław, Vilda Park and Panoramiqa in Poznan, Cztery Oceany in Gdańsk, Bernadovo in Gdynia and Rezydencja Barska, wolaRE, Wola Libre and Wola Tarasy in Warsaw, as well as 2 under construction: ChmielnaDuo in Warsaw and Cavallia - a multi-phase mixed-use complex under construction in Poznań in cooperation with Revive Poland, and the developer's latest project under preparation in Warsaw - PianoForte. In the coming years, the company will continue its development on the Polish market based on the premium real estate segment. The basis of BPI Real Estate Poland's business is diversification based on various residential products realized in markets where the developer is already active: in Warsaw, the Tri-City, Wroclaw and Poznan. At the core of the company's business strategy are the principles of sustainable development, which are central to the execution of each development project in BPI Real Estate Poland's portfolio.
